Thank you again for staying late inorder to take the folks for a test drive and to assist me with my purchase. There aren't many people that would have returned to work after they have walked out the door. I am enjoying the Odyssey. Needless to say, the extended family has already commented on my "minivan" purchase. Severeal have driven by just to see if my parents were telling the truth., My small car reputation precedes me. My experience with Heritage Honda was outstanding! No stalling, "talk to the manager" games, misleading prices, etc. The whole experience was so great, I would not hesitate to purchase from Heritage again and I have been telling anyone who will listen about how great it was.
The whole process -- start to finish -- was only about 1 hour and 15 minutes. How many people can say that about buying a car?
When my old car was totaled, I procrastinated about even looking for a car because I hate car shopping so much. After dealing with Heritage Honda, I was pleasantly surprised and wish I had not waited so long. And if the buying experience wasn't great enough on its own, the CRV is wonderful! At least twice a day I tell my daughter "I love this car!!!" She is happy that I am so happy. The night after I got the CRV, I did a happy dance. Does that tell you anything (besides that I'm a little goofy lol )?

The Honda is awesome.
No problems with it. It's nice to have a car that I never have to worry about.
You were the only Honda dealer who handled our internet request properly. Most of the other Maryland dealers we contacted through the internet did not contact us for weeks or months. Those that did contact us right away did not have what we wanted and called only to try and sell us something we did not want. You were the only dealership that called and took the time to actually gives us a price on the exact car we wanted.
